Breaking: Veteran actor James Bond is dead
Hollywood Veteran actor, Sir Roger Moore, popularly known by his stage name, James Bond, has died aged 89.
He died as a result of diabetes Type 2 which he was diagnosed with in 2013, his condition became critical to the extent that he was unable to drink.
He had to learn to walk again after a bout of pneumonia, and had a pacemaker fitted after collapsing on stage.
His family announced his death, at the age of 89, today, 23rd May 2017.
Sir Roger George Moore KBE was an English actor. He is best known for being the third actor to play the British secret agent James Bond in seven feature films between 1973 and 1985 and Simon Templar in The Saint between 1962 and 1969.
